FAQ
How Often do you come scoop? Where does the poop go?
- Most of our customers prefer Turd Burglars, LLC to service their yard 1-2 times per week. We do offer different service options so that we can accommodate all households, so contact us today to get your services started!
- We will Steal the Poo from your yard and dispose of it in accordance with state and local ordinances. No more funky smells in your trashcan!
What happens when it’s not ideal weather? (‘Naders, Rain, Snow, Ice, etc)
- Safety of our employees and your animals is our #1 priority – depending on the weather can determine if your scoop is delayed.
- Dogs keep their doody up no matter the weather conditions. Therefore, Turd Burglars, LLC steals poo all year round.
- We aren’t sugar, we don’t melt – a little rain will not postpone services, however if there is lightening or hail, services will be delayed.
- If there is more than 1” of snow or is ice on the roadways; we will postpone that day’s service
- If snow is deep or lasting, we may be forced to wait a few days until resuming service – rest assured; we will make it to your yard at least once a week to prevent excessive accumulation of waste
Holiday Scoops?
We do not scoop on the following holidays:
- New Years Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day, and Memorial Day
- If your service day falls on a holiday, we will usually come the day before the holiday and service will resume as normal within the next 2 cycles.
How do you get into my yard?
- We recommend leaving your gate unlocked or providing access to the scooping area in another way. (EX: key, gate code, set up scoop when you are home)
- Turd Burglars, LLC employees cannot jump or climb over fences to reach your scooping areas.
Can my dog be in the backyard during the scoop?
- ABSO-FREAKIN-LUTELY!!!! Turd Burglars, LLC employees LOVE animals of all kinds, so if your dog is good with it, so are we!
- If you know that your dog is not good with strangers or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to scoop, we will ask that you restrain or confine the dog.
How do I pay?
Turd Burglars, LLC can automatically deduct your monthly or weekly rate from a debit or credit card. (EX: If you start service in August, August will be prorated, and your card will be charged the regular monthly amount on September 1st.)
- Signing up to have your card automatically deducted will save you a few dollars per week!
Accounts can be accessed through our website and paid with a credit/debit card online
- One-time, bi-monthly can be paid via CashApp, Venmo, Paypal or online with a credit/debit card
Payments not received by the 15th of the month will be billed a $10 late fee
Accounts not paid by the first service day of the following month will be suspended until payment is made
- Suspended accounts that have a lapse in service may be subject to a first-time clean up due to accumulation
- Payment is due at the time-of-service in these situations
